Last night wasn't a very good night.

Last night wasn't a very good night. The Racing 888 went to Adelaide Dirt Kart Club, the track was very fast all night. Teresa competed against a field of 14 junior heavies.

Heat 1 started 6th finished 8th (had the wrong gearing for the track)

Heat 2 started 8th finished 8th

Heat 3 started 2nd finished 9th (driver next to Teresa turned into her instead if turning into the corner which made both driver lose multiple positions)

Heat 4 started 12th had a massive crash. A kart infront for Teresa hit the brakes for no reason, Teresa had no choice but to go up the back of him at an angle but as she landed the front dug into the ground and sent Teresa to launch up into the air cartwheeling to hit the top of the fence and the kart cartwheeled over the fence to sit on top of the bushes over the fence, Teresa ended up between the tyres and the fence. Teresa was able to walk off the track. Teresa has a very badly swollen knee and both leg very bruised. Teresa also has 9 stiches on her shin/carf by her legs hitting the top of the fence, but no broken bones thank goodness.

Thanks so much too the karting family that helped us with the kart and thanks to everyone that came over to Teresa so see if she was okay. Huge thanks to the awsome Saint Johns ambulance crew so there efforts.

Think we are going to have a couple weeks off to let Teresa's body mend and re-group hope we will make it to YP dirt kart club for the 3rd JKC round.

Massive thanks to our sponsors
