User Guide & Most Common Questions

All current Eagles Members will have access to receive exclusive benefits via the Eagles Benefits app. All entitled Members should have received an email on how to access these exclusive benefits. If you did not receive this email and believe that you are an entitled Member, please email eagles@wwtfc.com.au

Steps to getting started on the app:

The app can be downloaded from Google Play or the Apple App Store and you can register your account using the steps below:

  • Open the Eagles Benefits App
  • Click 'register' from the main menu.
  • Complete your profile.
  • You will be sent a special code via SMS, enter this code and proceed to set a password to complete your registration.

How to use the app:

  • Open the Eagles Benefits App.
  • Select gift cards.
  • Browse from hundreds of brands with discounts at your fingertips.
  • Choose your gift card and click 'buy now'
  • Choose the amount you wish to purchase on your gift card.
  • Click 'add to cart'
  • In the top right hand corner, open your cart.
  • Check your order and choose your payment type.
  • Gift cards are instantaneous, usually taking up to 30 seconds to load (and sometimes occasionally longer)
  • Your gift card will load to your app wallet and a text message will be received to confirm your purchase.
  • Your card will now be ready to use in store or online.

A step-by-step guide on how to purchase a gift card:

  • Login and open “Gift cards”
  • Search for aGift card retailer by category or search by name
  • Select the specific Gift card
    Note: Gift cards come in either fixed denominations or variable value within a specified range.
  • Either enter Gift card amount manually or choose a fixed value from drop-down list
  • Enter quantity.
  • Select “Add to Cart”
  • Select “View Cart” to change quantity or remove items from your cart.
  • Select “Checkout” to complete transaction.
  • At the Checkout confirm your order details
  • Select Payment Method: Credit Card (flat 1.00% fee), PayID (0.50%)
  • Perform reCAPTCHA security check.
  • Select “Place order”
  • Once the transaction is processed you will return to the order confirmation page with links to: Your Wallet where all your Gift cards are securely stored. You will receive an email confirmation of your order. The Gift card details will not display in the email for security reasons. The Gift card can only be accessed from your Wallet.

The Eagles Benefits app is designed to give Members access to hundreds of savings at their fingertips on some of Australia’s top brands. To view the wide range of discounts available to Members, open the Eagles Benefits App and browse 'gift cards'. You can also search by brand name.

I didn't receive the Eagles Benefits introductory email:

All Gift cards are delivered instantly to your wallet and are accessible anytime, anywhere via the website and app.

The Wallet displays all your purchased gift cards with the most recent purchase listed first, and filtering is quick and easy with the drop-down menu listing all the gift cards in your Wallet.

To redeem simply click the “View Details” button and all the relevant data is presented for online and instore redemption.

In-store you can present the barcode that pops up under "View Details" for store staff to scan. Please note, you will need to enter the secure pin to complete the transaction.

Step-by-step guide:

  • Login and open Wallet
  • Select your Gift card form the drop-down menu.
  • Click “View Details” to open the Gift card redemption data and links.
  • Scan or enter barcode number and PIN as required by retailer.

Instore: scan barcode or enter Gift card number, then enter PIN

Online: enter Gift card number and where applicable enter PIN

Upload: copy Gift card number to paste into retailer account (ie amazon, Apple, Binge, eBay, Kayo Sports, Kogan)

Balance: you can manually type the remaining balance in your wallet.

Once fully redeemed, you can send the gift card to archive.

To check balance:

Some gift cards offer a live balance, others you will need to click "View Details" and click the link provided, completing any manual steps to check your gift card balance. This is a link provided by the specific retailer. Instructions specific to each individual Gift card will open in a pop-up window to guide you through the process. 

Step-by-step guide:

  • Login and open the Wallet.
  • Search for your Gift card form the drop-down menu.
  • Select “View Details” to open theGift card redemption data and links.
  • Select “Check Balance” and a pop up window will provide instructions on the process to check the Gift card balance. We have automated as much of this process as possible, but several Gift cards require manual input to complete the process, due to retailer security protocols and terms of use.

How to gift an e-Card:

You can use one of our customisable Gifting Templates to send gift cards to friends and family.

Sharing the gift card is as easy and sending it direct from your mobile phone and you can do so via SMS, WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, Messenger etc.

Step-by-step guide:

  • Login and open the Wallet.
  • Search for your Gift card form the drop-down menu.
  • Select “View Details” to open Gift card redemption data and links.
  • Select “Gift“ to open the Gifting module to send to the recipient using our customised email templates
  • Select Gifting template.
  • Enter the following information: Name: to customise the email template.
    Email address: to send the Gift card
    Mobile phone number: send them as SMS message to alert them of the Gift and to check junk mail.
    Add a personalised message.
    Upload an image, photo or graphic to further customise the Gift.
  • Send now or select a specific date.
  • Preview the Gift card email.
  • Send (or schedule send) the Gift card.
